I wanted to bake something badly, but I didn't have too much time or even the energy to lift up a manual whisk. The bread is not sweet at all and it doesn't have much flavour except for the black sesame. Mochi bread (麻波波糬), is a no-flour type of bread, made with glutinous rice and tapioca starch, which give them a chewy bouncy texture.   5. Add in the grated cheese and mix them well.
  6. Add in small chunks of cheese and mix them well.
