- Take a non-stick pan add oil and onion and fry it until it become into light golden brown.
- After that add ginger garlic paste and stir it for 1 minute and then add tomatoes and stir it and add chopped green chillies, salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and stir it and then add half coriander seeds, kasuri methi and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- After that add yogurt and stir it for 2 minutes on high flame and then add coriander seeds and cream, garam masala powder and stir it and your delicious chicken handi is ready serve hot with Tandoori roti.
