  1. Take 6 Cashew nuts, 2 tsp poppy seeds, 4 almonds,1/2 charmagaj.Put 1 cup water and keep it for 1 hr.
  2. Make a smooth paste.
  3. Take 9 types of vegetables, chopped in dice size.And cut the paneer into cube size.
  4. Make a paste of 1 medium size tomato,chopped 4 pieces ginger and green chillies as per your choice.
  5. Take a pan,put 1-2 cup water and heat it.
  6. Now put the vegetables for 5-6 mins with little bit sugar.boil 90%.
  7. Fry the paneer lightly and 7 cashew nuts, 8 raisins in dark brown colour.
  8. Take a pan,heat oil.Put Cinnamon, clove, cardamom,bay leaves, black pepper.
  9. Add boiled vegetables,salt as per taste,1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp black pepper.
  10. Put tomato paste and cook for 5 mins.
  11. Put paneer cubes.
  12. Then add milk with it.
  13. Now add cashew paste and cover it for 10 mins.
  14. Now add 2 tbsp fresh cream and cover it for 2 mins.
  15. Then sprinkle some Kasori Methi,1 tsp ghee and garam masala.And cover it for 1 min.
  16. Serve it with Nun/Roti/Paratha etc.
