- Chop onion and tomatoes and green chillies.Take a pan,put 2 tbsp oil,add in the onion and saute until pink colour
- Add in tomatoes,green chillies and mix.add in salt and ginger garlic and mix until tomatoes get tender
- When tomatoes are soft,remove from heat,let this cool for a minute. Blend this in blender once cool
- Take a sufuria, add in the 1 tbsp oil,and put cumin seeds on it.add in red chilli powder and immediately add in the blended mixture. Mix well,increase the heat
- Cook on medium heat while mixing until the oil comes out and the masala is cooked.
- Add in the peas and the paneer.mix and add in a cup of water.mix.cover
- After 5 minutes, mix again,add in chopped coriander and garam masala. Mix and cover for 3 more minutes.
- Serve with chapati or naan or jeera rice(in my recipe log).
