- After 2 minutes add half cup fresh cream, mix it well and then cook it again on high flame till oil comes on surface.
- Once oil comes on surface, add 2 cup of water, mix it and wait for a boil and then cook it on low flame with covered lid till oil comes on surface.
- Once oil comes on surface then add 1 tbsp fenugreek leaves (kasuri meethi) and again cook it for 5 minutes on low flame with covered lid.
