- Grind the moong daal in grinder. make coarse powder and soak it in water for 1 hour.
- Dry roast the jeera and saunf. Crush them with rolling pin.
- Take wheat flour in a big thali. Mix all the ingredients alongwith soaked moong daal.
- Mix well and knead a stiff dough with little water if needed.
- Rest it for 10 min. Again knead the dough with 1 teaspoon oil to make it smooth.
- Now make small balls from the dough. Roll it little thick than normal puri.
- Deep fry them in hot oil. Serve it with aloo tamatar ki sabzi.
