  4. In same frying pan with d remaining oil, fry the veggies for about 2 mins each and set aside.
  5. In a pot on medium heat, add d oil used in frying the veggies and add d beef,then add a little water and Soy sauce and cook for about 5-10mins,
  6. In a small bowl add little water and mix in some cornflour and add to d beef to thicken it. Once the consistency is OK, add the veggies and cook for any 1-2mins, and it's done.
  7. The Stripped Beef sauce is ready.
  8. Serve with white rice.
