  1. Parboil spaghetti for few minutes pour in a sieve to drain water
  2. Place pot on the fire and add vegetable oil to hot
  3. Slice onions into oil
  4. Add blended pepper and fry to dry the water
  5. Add maggi and salt to taste
  6. Add water to the frying pepper and cover to boil
  7. Add spaghetti, cover and boil till soft
  8. Add chopped carrot and green beans and cover to steam
  9. Fry plantain and fish
