Instructions to make Beef haleem:
  1. Soak all the lentils for 4 to 6 hours.
  2. Boil them with haldi and half cup oil and green chillies.until done.blend into smooth consistency
  3. Fry onions in oil until translucent add ginger garlic paste and beef,mix well add tomatoes and all spices bhonify well add water and cook until mashy.
  4. When done take out the bones and shred the meat.add meat and masala into lentil mixture.add salt and cook for 45 min.stir continuously (ghotta lagana).
  5. Check the consistency sprinkle chaat masala and and give bagharr of onion,
  6. Garnish with fried onion,fresh dhania,chilli and ginger
