- Wash and Soak Basmati rice for 1/2hr.
- Heat ghee in a pan add cinemon cardamom bay leaf star and cloves. Crackle cumin seeds and add chopped apple dice and chopped pineapple.Add kissmiss dry cranberry cashewnuts nLotus seeds (makhana) Almond saute for a min. and add rice without water. Saute rice coat with ghee and shine add salt coarsly grinded fennel seeds and dry ginger powder mix well. Add fresh pineapple juice. And 1cup water. Stir lightly cover and cook on slow flame. 5-7min.
