- Prepare 1/4 spaghetti
- Get Water
- Get Cabbage
- Take Seasonings

Note: My mixed vegetables consist of Carrots, Green Beans, and Sweet Peas but feel free to use any choice of Vegetables. I had tried to make jollof spaghetti in the past, and it was not a success! It tasted okay, but it was missing that special "jollof-ness" for some reason. We Nigerians LOVE to ram it down the throats of the world that we remain the purveyors of jollof perfection: that right balance between tomato and spice.
Steps to make Jollof spaghetti with veggies:
- Place your hot water on fire and allow it to boil, transfer the spaghetti into the boiled water and allow it to cooked for atleast 5minutes and then parboiled the spaghetti
- Blend the pepper, tomatoes and onions then set aside.
- Place the oil on the fire, and transfer the blended veggies into the pot, stir well until cooked, then add the sweet corn inside and 1/4 cup of water into it, then allow it to boil
- Then add the perboiled spaghetti into it, dice cabbage, curry, thyme and seasonings into it at middle heat and allow it to cooked
Spaghetti is a kind of pasta which is long, slender and cylindrical and is usually made from wheat flour. We all know that pasta is native to the Italians.
