- Get 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil (stir frying)
Take off heat, transfer to a bowl and allow to cool. Stir well and cook until the mixture is slightly reduced and has a maple syrup-like Carefully place the fish into the hot oil so it is almost completely submerged.
