- Then spread the veggies and grated cheese on one of the semolina square, place the other square on the veggies and flatten further using rolling pin.
- Cut in square shapes and place it in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the refrigerator, coat with bread crumbs and shallow fry on both the sides using oil. Serve hot.
