  3. Now add turmeric red chilli and mix well. Turn the flame to low. Then break the eggs in the pan one by one.
  4. And let it cook little for few seconds on low flame than with the help of A sharp-edged cooking spoon start making keema of the eggs by churning it. While doing this hold the vessel from one side firmly otherwise it may fall off the flame.
  5. Keep on doing this for a few minutes until all the stuff is properly churned as keema / bhurji. Finally sprinkle some garam masala powder and finely chopped coriander. Serve hot with some soft yummy roti/naan / roasted bread slices.
