- Take 1/2 cup of oats. First roast them and grind them in fine powder
- Take the oats and besan in mixing bowl. Now add everything except oil. Pour2/3 cup water in it and mix it.
- Heat a non stick tawa on a low flame and spread a bit of oil. Now pour a ladle full of batter. Spread lightly and gently.
- Continue to cook till the base gets light brown then flip. Serve hotwith chutney of your choice.
