Instructions to make Green Peas Chilla:
- Crush coarsely green peas with corainder leaves in chopper.(If you using frozen.. thaw it and crush coarsely).
- In mixing bowl add both flours, crushed peas- corainder mixture, tumeric powder, green chillies ginger paste,salt. Add water to make smooth chilla(pancakes) batter.
- Heat & grease tawa lightly with oil. Pour 3-4 tbsp of prepared batter,spread it as shown. Sprinkle little oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame till lower side turns crispy golden brown. Flip and cook other side till crispy golden brown. Similarly prepare all green peas chillas.
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Green Peas Chilla with green corainder chutney.
