  2. #Tip: - - for good flex use big utensils and large quantity of maida for coating wings.
  3. #Tip - Use light hands for breading wings. - For double coating like KFC texture after first coat dip in normal water then again maida coating. No need of cold water.
  4. Now discard vinegar water and drain all water from wings.
  5. Marinate wings with above ingredients for half an hour.
  6. Now double coating with maida.
  7. #tip: when you add wings in karahi for frying oil should be enough to cover them. - Fry in medium hot oil, oil should be more or it will break your coating.
  8. Mix in pan. Put fried wings in ketchup sauce and stir fry on high flame for seconds.
  9. #tip: fry wings just before serving or you won’t enjoy the crispiness of wings.
  10. Serve with Russian salad or any side lines. - Enjoyyyyy
  11. Ketchup coating - Mix chilli garlic sauce and tomato ketchup.
