  6. For Kesari rice, boil rice and keep aside. Heat a pan with ghee, add cardamom and a bay leaf in it. Add the cashew and raisins are sauté them. Add the rice and soaked Kesari in it with sugar and salt. Sauté for few minutes and your instant Kesari rice is ready.
  7. For the chicken fry, marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Add all purpose flour and corn flour to it and deep fry them in a kadai in medium low flame till golden in colour
  9. Serve hot and crispy
