  5. Now take a kadhai,add oil to it,as oil heated add mustard seeds to it.let it crackle then add fine paste and fry until paste starts to leave oil.
  6. Once paste starts to leave oil add red chilli powder,haldi powder,dhane powder and garam masala along with salt as per taste.Mix it well.
  7. Now add half cooked lauki to it.let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
  8. Garnish it with green Coriander.Enjoy this lauki with hot roti.
