- Take 2 cups of oats, powder the oat in a blender jar and add it to a mixing bowl.Now add besan in it.
- Than add cumin seeds, carom seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt,chopped green chilli, chopped onion.
- Than add grated carrot and chopped coriander leaves Mix well,pour water as needed and make a batter that is not very thin or thick
- Make oats chilla Heat a tawa and grease with oil,pour 2 ladle of batter.Spread it gently to a slightly thin pancake and drizzle oil around the edges when cooked, flip it and cook on the other side as well.
- Make sure the oats chilla get cooked well and brown spots are seen. Repeat making the rest. Serve oat chilla with chutney or ketchup.
