  5. Now tadka process, take a fry pan add 2 tbsp oil,when oil is heat then add 1tsp rai, hing,dry red chilli, curry patta,. Stire it..and turn off the flame, Now add 1tbsp sambhar masala and 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder. Put on the sambhar in the cooker..

  7. Coconut chutney is very sweet and salty. Take all ingredients in mixng jar, make a smooth chutney.. Now add tadka above the coconut chutney.
