- Take 1 bowl chopped fresh coconut
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp chana daal
- Get 1/4 tbsp tamarind pulp
- Take 2-4 onion slices
- Take 8-10 curry leaves

- Prepare 2 tsp oil
- Get 1 red dry chilli
- Make ready 1/2 tsp rai dana

- Now tadka process, take a fry pan add 2 tbsp oil,when oil is heat then add 1tsp rai, hing,dry red chilli, curry patta,. Stire it..and turn off the flame, Now add 1tbsp sambhar masala and 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder. Put on the sambhar in the cooker..
- Now sambhar is ready.
- Coconut chutney is very sweet and salty. Take all ingredients in mixng jar, make a smooth chutney.. Now add tadka above the coconut chutney.
- Coconut chutney is ready.
- Serve hot hot vermicelli dosa and sambhar with cold sweet and salty chutney.
