- Take 1 cup tuar dal or pigeon pulse
- Take 2 cup mix veg chopped in cubes( carrot,drumstick, bottle gourd)

- Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 2-3 tbsp sambhar masala(I used homemade)

- Prepare 1 tsp rai(mustard seeds)
- Take 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- Make ready to taste Salt
- Prepare As needed Oil for Tempering
- Take 3-4 whole red chilli
- Prepare as needed water

Instructions to make Sambhar:
- First wash and soak tuar dal for 20_30 min.
- Now place dal in cooker add salt and turmeric powder. And cook funtil 3/4th done.
- Now open the lid and vegetable, chilli powder and sambhar masala cook another 2 whistle.let it cool open the lid and add imli and Jaggery cook for 1 boil.
- Take a Tadka pan add oil warm it add Curry leaves, whole red chilli mustards seed,asafoetida temper it on cooked sambhar.
- Tasty sambhar is ready to serve with z idi dosa and appe.
