  2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard and jeera after mustard start popping add curry leaves and chopped onion saute well till onion become transparent.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes little salt(already added to flat beans add less) after tomatoes become mushy add chilli powder and dhaniya powder. add tamarind syrup. cool for a minute
  4. Add boiled flat beans close lid and cook for 10 min.
  5. Add chopped coriander leaf and serve with rice. can also have with chapati and dosa.
