- Chop the onions and the paprika
- Heat some Olive oil and add the onions. When the onions look glazy add the paprika's.
- After a few minutes add the tomato cubes.
- Let simmer for about 25 minutes
- Heat some Olive oil in a non sticky frying pan and add the minced meat.
- Mix the saus with a mixer, until the desired thickness
- Add the minced meat to the saus. And taste, you can add some herbs de provence or some paprika powder untill it tastes well.
- Add some tomato ketchup to sweaten the taste.
- Add some muchrooms if you like. Best to let the saus cool down and eat it the next day.
