  2. Make fine paste of the tomato(my kids doesn't like tomato peices, you can chop finely and add) and add to the besan, and mix with little water. Make a batter like we make for pancakes.
  3. Heat a pan/tawa. Grease with 1 tsp oil and add 1 ladle full of batter and spread on tawa. Cover and cook for few minutes.
  4. Turn when it's golden brown. Cook from other side for 2 mins. And take it out from tawa. Repeat the process for remaining batter.
  5. Serve with tomato sauce or any chutney of your choice. Enjoy your besan chilla.
