Steps to make Green Dal Fry:
- Green paste: Combine all the ingredients and grind in a mixer toa paste a littel water if required.
- Wash and soak the dal in enough water for 1-hours.drain well.
- Combine soaked dals, water, salt, mix well and pressure cook for 4-whistles.
- Heat ghee in a kadai, add cumin seeds, hing, garlic, adrakh, shukhi red chilli, saute for 1-minite, add green paste, saute for 2-3minites.
- Add cooked dal, add 1/2-cup water and salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes, add Coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Take a small kadai add ghee, cumin seeds, add red chilli powder. Mix well., add dal.
- Serve hot with rice.
