  2. Heat mustard oil in a kadai & lightly fry the marinated fish pieces, keep aside.
  3. Fry the cauliflower florets & potatoes in the remaining oil & keep aside.
  4. Now temper the oil with nigella seeds, green chillies(splitted), green cardamom, bay leaf.
  5. Add the sliced onions & cook until the onion turned into a translucent texture.
  6. Now add chopped tomato, Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, sugar, salt,turmeric powder & cook till the mixture release oil.
  7. Add little water in between.Add fried cauliflower florets,potatoes & green peas & mix it well.
  8. Add 4 cups warm water & give it a boil.Add the fried fishes & cook on low flame till the potatoes & cauliflower florets are softened.
  9. In between dip fry the flattened rice.
  10. Add the fried flattened rice with the fish curry & cook for another 1,2 mints.
  11. Add ghee & switch off the flame.
  12. Garnish the dish with chopped coriander leaves & transfer it to a serving plate.Serve it with hot steamed rice.
