  1. Preheat oven to 180* c
  2. Finely crush your biscuits into crumbs and combine them with castor sugar and melted butter into a bowl
  3. Evenly divide the mixture into each cup of a 12 muffin pan or a 23 mini muffin pan that is slightly greased. Press crumbs down to form shallow cups.
  4. Bake for 4-5 minutes until the edges are bubbling. Remove from oven
  5. Place the chocolate chips into each cup and place the marshmallows on top (if using the mini muffin pan, cut the marshmallows in half)
  6. Return to oven for 2-4 minutes or until the marshmallows are just slightly puffed & softened
  7. Cool on a rack before removing form the pan
  8. Enjoy
