- Slice onion and tomatoes.Fry onion in the remaining oil.Fry till golden add chicken and ginger garlic paste.Mix.Cook for two minutes on medium flame.
- Add sliced tomatoes and salt.Mix and add 2 tbsp water.Cover and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
- Add all powdered spices and yogurt.Cover and cook on low flame till done.Here more water is not used,chicken is cooked in yogurt and it's own water.
- When chicken is well cooked,oil seems to separate.Add kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves.Mix well,add jalapeno and ginger julians and cover.Put off flame.Add butter. Leave for 5 minutes.
