- Add salt and then remove from heat. Let cool a little then add chopped onion and crumbled paneer.
- Heat a non stick pan and put some batter and spread it a little.
- Shallow fry it on both sides with little oil till golden brown.
- Put the filling in between and fold it.
- Serve hot with your favourite chutney or tomato sauce.
