- Take 2 tomatoes - chopped
- Get 4-5 garlic cloves
- Take 3/4 inch Ginger - chopped
- Take 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)
- Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1 tsp Coriander powder (dhania powder )
- Make ready 1/2 tsp Cumin powder ( Jeera powder )
