Steps to make Vada pav:
  1. In mixer pot add curry leaves, garlic, cumin, dhaniya powder, 2 green chilles & ginger to blend
  2. In pan take 2 tsp oil when it heated add chopped onion. When it transpernt add mixture. Stirrer till it cook well & get brown shade. Now add turmeric powder, Goda Masala & red chillies powder. Mix well. - - Now Add potatoes & mix well
  3. Now in another pan add oil for deep fry. - - In besan bowl add 1/2 tsp Salt & 1 tsp hot oil. - - Now make ball of potato, press in palm add in besan liquid. Now fry it well.
  4. Now your vada is ready. In that oil also fry remaining chillies - - serve it with pav, Chillies & coconut chutney
