- Steam for 20 minutes on medium flame or till a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove the idli stand and leave it for 2-3 minutes to cool down. With the help of a spoon remove the idlies to a plate.
- Serve the delicious thatte idli with chutney or sambar.
