Steps to make Veg Cheesy stuffed Buns:
- To Prepare Dough: Take 250 grm Maida add pinch salt and mix.
- Take 1 bowl add 1/4th cup Warm milk add 1 and 1/2 tbsp active dry Yeast 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp oil and keep aside for 10 mins.
- Once the Yeast is activated add this to maida and prepare a dough (add lukewarm water if necessary while preparing dough).
- Now keep grease a1 bowl will oil and place the dough in it then Cover it with wet cotton cloth and keep aside for minimum 1 hour in warm place.
- Stuffing preparation : Take pan add 3 tbsp oil and add onion fry it till golden colour, add chopped green chilli and saute now add chopped tomatoes, haldi and pinch salt close it till tomatoes are soft now add all the vegetables chopped and and let it cook till veggies are properly cooked.
- Now take the dough take it nicely and make small balls and any desired shape of urs and stuff the vegetables mix and grated cheese to it and make ball shape place it in a baking tray and cover it with wet cloth and keep aside for 15min.
- After 15mins grease the Buns balls with milk wash sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano on it.. bake it in preheated oven for 15 mins.
- Take out after baking, let it cool and then serve it with Myonnise and tomato sauce.
