- Then add curry leaves and tomato paste and sauté.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, goda masala, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder and sauté till the oil separates from it.
- Add boiled sprouts and mix well. Add little water if required. Add salt, jaggery and mix well.
- Sprouts curry is ready. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or rice.
