  4. Then add curry leaves and tomato paste and sauté.
  5. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, goda masala, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder and sauté till the oil separates from it.
  6. Add boiled sprouts and mix well. Add little water if required. Add salt, jaggery and mix well.
  7. Sprouts curry is ready. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or rice.

Serve this simple nutritious mixed sprouts curry with chapatis, phulkas and rice bhakri. Also goes well with bajra roti or jowar roti.
