  27. Get 200/250 gm bitter groud (peeled & seed less)
  28. Prepare 1 egg

Instructions to make Kareelay Kabab Curry:
  1. First add onion,mint,green chilli,coriander in grinder & mix well…
  2. Then add chicken,ginger garlic,powder & spices…

  5. Now lightly fry the bitter groud in same oil and take it out,
  6. Now take the bitter groud, open it and put the fry kabab in it…
  7. Close with thread…then dip in the egg and fry them…

  9. Now put the 1/4 cup oil in pan,add onion let it golden, then add tomato and spices
  10. Add water mix well…
  11. Cover it until,tomato get soft and make smooth gravy..
  12. Then add lemon juice mix it, now add fried & stuffed bitter groud in it.
  13. Add water cover for 5,7 mins after 5,7mi s add coriander,& off the flame.
