- When it become cold.., put it into jar and blend it..
- And sauce is ready

- Take a small ball of dough
- Roll it with the help of rolling pin and make small puri
- Put little corn carrot stuffing in the middle and fold it and make flower shape
- Steam all momos for 15 minutes on slow flame
- Then cot all momos with pizza sauce
- Put charcoal piece on gas
- Then put griller stand on it
- Put all momos on griller stand
- And cover it with steel bowl
- Cook it for 30 second on slow flame
- And serve hot with broccoli sauce
