  1. Boil the sprouted moong with salt & turmeric.
  2. Dry roast the coriander seeds, red chilli & coconut.

  4. Heat a kadhai add 1 tsp oil add chopped onion, garlic clove& ginger sauteed for 1 mins.
  5. Add chopped tomato cook nicely.
  6. Add little water & cook nicely. Off the flame. Cool it &makes a paste mix with dry Powder masala. Heat a kadhai add 1 tbsp oil put cumin seeds, mustard seeds & curry leaves saute it.
  7. Pour the paste masala cooked nicely.
  8. Add goda masala & mix it well.
  9. Pour the boiled sprouts.
  10. Add a cup of water, jaggery,&salt mix it well. Cook for 2-3 mints.
  11. Sprout masala is ready.
  12. Cut the middle portion of the pav.spread butter. Heat a tava add butter &a pinch of pav masala. Put the pav &cooked on both sides nicely.
