  4. Slice the remaining onion and set aside - put a pot on fire - pour in your vegetable oil - pour in your sliced onion,allow to cook for 1min.. - pour in your tomatoes paste and stir for 4min.. - pour in your cooked blended tomatoes and stir for about 5min..
  5. When the steamed chicken is ready - strain out the stock and allow to cool..
  6. Deep fry chicken till its golden brown
  7. Add the chicken stock to the stew stir and allow to cook for 5min..
  8. Add your mixed vegetable and stir (carrot,green pea,green pepper).
  9. Wash and put rice in a clean pot - add water and cook for 6min - drain water from the rice..
  10. Add the rice little by little to the stew and stir.. - reduce the heat to be very low.. - cover the pot and allow the rice to steam..
