- When the steamed chicken is ready - strain out the stock and allow to cool..
- Deep fry chicken till its golden brown
- Add the chicken stock to the stew stir and allow to cook for 5min..
- Add your mixed vegetable and stir (carrot,green pea,green pepper).
- Wash and put rice in a clean pot - add water and cook for 6min - drain water from the rice..
- Add the rice little by little to the stew and stir.. - reduce the heat to be very low.. - cover the pot and allow the rice to steam..
