- Again heat some oil in a pan and add the paste of gravy. Cook for 4-5 minutes add salt, fresh cream, kasuri methi and off the flame. Curry is ready.
- Place the koftas in a bowl and pour gravy on it. Garnish with cream.
- Serve with chapati or rice.
