  7. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
  8. Add in the cream and mix well.
  9. Now add milk, saffron and dried fenugreek leaves. Mix nicely and cook for a minute.
  10. Add paneer cubes and salt. Cover and simmer it for 5-8 minutes. Or cook till the gravy turns thick, smooth - and creamy.
  11. Garnish with some cream and serve hot with chapati, naan,paratha or jeera rice.
