We are using maize flour and corn kernels to add the healthy. Instant corn dhokla, a rare combo of sweet corn and rawa come together in this sensational dish! it is really amazing how the fresh flavour of the crushed sweet corn kernels enhances the taste of the. Today we will prepare Sweet Corn Dhokla which not only has a unique taste but is also nutritious as it is made with very less oil. Instructions to make Corn Dhokla:
  1. Add curd to dhokala flour. Mix nicely and afd required amount of water to make nice batter. Add fenugreek seeds and rest it for fermantation for 6-8 hours. Add chilli, garlic and ginger to corn and blend it once lightly into very coarse mix.
  2. Once batter is fermented, add corn mix, salt and turmeric. Mix moving in one direction. Add fruit salt and bit of water and move it lightly in one direction. Transfer into greased plate. Sprinkle some chilli powder and steam it for 12-15 minutes.
  3. Serve it hot with coriander chutney or chilli oil.. Happy eating..
