  1. In a kadai heat one table spoon butter and fry the idlys golden colour.
  2. Keep the idlys in a plate.
  3. Again add a table spoon butter to the kadai. Heat it.
  4. Add the onions, fry it for 2 minutes.
  5. Add Kashmir chilli powder, idly podi and fry one minute. Add salt and stir.
  6. Add the idlys and stir.. fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve the fried idlys in a bowl, sprinkle the coriander leaves on it.
