Steps to make Ragda pattice:
  1. Firstly soak white peas in water overnight or for atleast 8 hrs
  2. In a cooker add soaked white peas, salt,water and give 4 to 5 whistles,once peas are boiled switch off the flame
  3. Next in a wok heat 2 tbsp oil,then add chopped onion and saute till translucent next add green chilles,ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 min, now add boiled peas, 1 1/2 cup water, kitchen king masala, garam masala powder,red chilli powder, turmeric give it a nice boil add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  4. Next Soak flatten rice in water for 5 mins & drain off the water from it
  5. Now in a mixing bowl add boiled mashed potatoes, turmeric, salt, coriander leaves and poha,mix everything well
  6. Prepare a soft dough and prepare round flatten balls of this
  7. Now in a non stick pan heat 3 tbsp oil and fry pattice.
  8. Fry well from both the sides,once done switch off the flame
  9. Now assemble ragda pattice.In a plate first add ragda next keep pattice to this add tamarind & mint chutney and garnish with some yellow sev, chopped onion and coriander leaves
