  7. Heat oil in a pan or kadai.. Fry all the swastic and donuts shape mathri at very slow flame in badges..put out of oil and spread on a paper napkin to soak up the access oil
  8. Crispy (khasta) festivesavouries swastic and donuts style mathri is ready
  9. Serve occasionly or can store in an air tight container for at least 15 days for festive occasion
