  5. Add coriander powder, cumin powder and cook, add 2 and 1/2 cup of water and cover till tomatoes are mashy
  6. Now remove from heat and let it cool for 15 minutes, now using a blender blend it into a fine puree and transfer it to a clean pan
  7. Bring it to a boil and add sugar salt to taste, can add water if the curry is too thick, add cream, stir and remove from heat
  8. Place the kofta in a bowl and pour the hot curry on top and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve
