- Divid the dough in 8-10 equal parts.
- Roll one dough into roti. Heat the tava on medium flame.
- Now cook roti from both side till brown spots appear.
- Hold roti with a tang/ chimta cook it on direct flame from both side till nicely browned.apply ghee on top.
- Take all green (mustard seeda, spinach and bathua, chopped green chilli, garlic & ginger paste salt 1/2 cup water in pressure cooker 1 whistle on medium flame.
- Remove the pressure cooket lid after pressure comes down naturally. let the mixture cool for few mintues.
- Mix all in jar of a mixture or grinder. add corn meal flour.
- Blend all to a smooth puree.
- Heat ghee in small pan ovee medium flame add onion green chillis and fry umtill oniom turns light brown.
- Now add chopped tomato.
- Now add mixture into all the masala for 3 minutes.
- Sarso da saag is ready.
- Now serve hot with makki ki roti and butter.
- Salt to taste.
- 1 and half tsp desi ghee or butter.
- 1/2 cup water
