- Making Tikki:: In a mixing bowl, add coarsely crushed peas, grated paneer, mashed potatoes, cornflour, green chillies, ginger paste, coriander leaves and mix well. Add all the dry ingredients in this mixture, mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round tikkis. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadhai and shallow fry the tikkis, a few at a time, till golden brown. Drain all the tikkis on absorbent paper. Tikkis (patties) are ready.
